Applicability
These terms apply to all quotes, assignments and agreements with XSLLNT (CoC 84624817), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Quotes and prices
Quotes are without obligation and valid for 30 days. Prices stated are in euros and exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise.
Performance
We carry out the assignment to the best of our knowledge and ability. Timeframes are indicative, unless expressly agreed as a strict deadline.
Payment
Invoices are paid within 14 days of the invoice date. On overrun, statutory interest and collection costs are due.
Intellectual property
After full payment you obtain the agreed right of use to the delivered work. You remain the owner of your own content and data.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment and to direct damage. Liability for indirect damage is excluded.
Governing law
Our agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Oost-Brabant district.
